It is what it is?
One of the most ridiculous phrases that are being said all over the world over the course of the years is the following: "It is what it is". Incredibly limiting statement! People feel so wise and they feel so smart when they say this. You know what, leaders don't agree with this concept. What if the top leaders of the world said: "It is what it is, I guess there's not much we can do different". What if Martin Luther King Jr., Nelson Mandela, Winston Churchill said: "It is what it is". The reasonable person conforms to the world around them. The unreasonable person asks the world to conform to their point of vue. The leaders are the ones that say it is not acceptable to accept things as they are. They see something better than things are right now. They see things as they "should" be. They ask the world to conform to their point of vue. All progress in this world is due to the unreasonable person. The point? Be unreasonable. Decide to paint a picture that is not there today, decide to change your business so you can create "what is" tomorrow.
