Don't get trapped

The following is something I observed and learned throughout the years of my professional career. If you want to succeed in business, it's important to realize how much time you spend on personal development, how much time you spend in training sessions, how much time you spend attending events and how little time you spend actually executing the things that will create you success. I learned to not get trapped in personal development. You can get trapped learning and never practicing, you can get trapped studying and never actually getting out there and talking to people. You're not going to get payed much for personal development. You eventually will get payed for it, personal development is important but so many people start down that road and they stay there, they forget that they need to execute what they learn.
